This required deeply understanding and translating with fidelity the needs of the people LinkedIn served, and creating a cohesive and seamless product experience across a complex marketplace of free-to-paid, consumer to enterprise, globally. I pioneered AI-powered features with product positioning and brand context that drove adoption, transformed Premium into a $2B+ business through integrated marketing and growth strategies, and built cross-functional teams that aligned around unified customer insights.
